1911 census shows John Hyde based at Bareilly, India. How can I find more information as I need to exclude him as my grandfather who was in The Royal Garrison Artillery in WW1. We know he was in India but not when although he was certainly in the army before WW1. Could he possibly have changed to the RGA? ...
